In this aerobic, Shake Your Soul, community experience you will: ~Engage in dynamic and meditative movement to express your joy, grace, strength and aliveness. ~Transform and heal through exploring your fluid nature and receiving self-expression with radical acceptance. ~Access the spiritual delight of soulful movement in connection with authentic community.
